Best Western Plus: Reservations must be made by 07/08/2026. Reservations made after received after the cutoff date will be provided on a space available basis at the hotel’s current selling rate.

Reservations received after 07/08/2026 will be provided on a space available basis at the hotel’s current selling rate.
Individual reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or one night’s room and tax if guaranteed with cash. Should cancellation of an individual reservation be necessary, cancellation must occur no later than 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of first night’s room and tax.
The Best Western Plus Dubuque Hotel & Conference Center does not guarantee specific room type availability; however, the hotel will attempt to honor room type requests upon availability at time of reservation/arrival.
Quoted rates are single/double occupancy, additional $10 per adult. Children under the age of 17 stay free. Rates subject to the prevailing local and state taxes, currently 12%. Room rates quoted are net, non-commissionable unless otherwise stated below. Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Hotel Check –In time is 3:00PM. Check-out is 11:00AM
Local Camping and Cabins: DCCB's Swiss Valley Campground Tent & RV Sites (9483 Whitetop Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003 - 11 min drive from UD) Can reserve online. $30 per night.​
DCCB's Bob Miller Cabin (20524 Girl Scout Road, Epworth, IA 52045 - 22 min drive from UD) Must reserve by calling 563-556-6745. $50 per night.
Camp Little Cloud's Cabins (21700 Girl Scout Rd, Epworth, IA 52045 - 24 min drive from UD) Can reserve online. Cabin prices vary.

Prairie Bouquet Contest
Attendees are invited to bring a bouquet of prairie flowers in a quart jar and compete for a $100 gift certificate toward prairie seeds. Attendees will vote for the winner. Bouquets should be submitted at the registration table by the start of Saturday’s programs. Attendees will be able to vote for their favorite bouquet throughout the day Saturday The winner will be announced at the end of the education session on Saturday.
