October 7 (Saturday, Jasper Co., 1 PM): 5th Annual Martha Skillman Birthday Prairie Hike and Pie Tasting. Meet at the Conard Environmental Research Area of Grinnell College. We will hike at Reichelt Prairie and return to CERA for the pie tasting in their new environmentally friendly building. Directions from Grinnell: Hwy 6 to 224, then S on 224.
